The Forgotten Princess

How many years had it been?  To end up back here, here where it all began.  She thought the memories here would haunt her.  But she had come so far, and something was different now.  There was something in the air tonight, she could feel it pulsing.  An awakening. Something was happening tonight. For the first time in a long time, she felt hope.
